Your VoiceTM Online Panel ("Your Voice"), is owned and operated by ACNielsen (China) Ltd, 2/F, Warwick House, East Wing, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. ("Nielsen"). References to Nielsen in these Terms and Conditions include Nielsen's related bodies corporate.
General Conditions
By registering as a Your Voice Member ("Member") you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Nielsen reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Your Voice website. Your use of the Your Voice website following the posting of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Membership
Membership in the Your Voice Panel is open to residents of Hong Kong aged 15 and above. If you are under 18 years of age you must obtain your parent's or legal guardian's consent before registering as a Member and your parent or legal guardian must guarantee the performance of any obligations you may have under these Terms and Conditions at the time of registering as a Member. Only one account may be maintained per person. Multiple accounts may not use a single email address even if the accounts are for different people. Nielsen reserves the right to close survey response periods early.
Confidentiality
Except as required by law, Members shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third parties the contents and any information associated with any surveys.
E-points and Rewards
Members are eligible to earn e-points based on the surveys they complete. E-points may be redeemed for rewards. All accumulated e-points are forfeited when a Member resigns or is removed from the panel. E-points are non- transferable and cannot be converted into cash. E-points can only be redeemed for items listed on the Rewards page of the Hong Kong Your Voice website. Nielsen reserves the right to remove or replace any reward from the list without prior notice.
Referrals
Members are invited to refer others to join the Your Voice panel. If any Member is found to be referring invalid or duplicative Members, that Member’s membership will be terminated, the account closed and all e-points forfeited. Nielsen reserves the right to decide the validity of Referrals in its sole discretion.
Personal Information
Nielsen reserves the right to authenticate any information logged on the website, including registration details. It is the Member's responsibility to keep personal information as current as possible. Nielsen adheres to Hong Kong's Privacy laws and Research Privacy Principles of ESOMAR. Please see the Privacy Statement for further information.
Member Account, Password and Security
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Your Voice Hong Kong registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Your Voice Hong Kong of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Your Voice Hong Kong and Nielsen cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Termination
Nielsen reserves the right to terminate the membership and account of any Your Voice Member without prior notice and in Nielsen's sole discretion. Circumstances in which a Member shall be terminated include but are not limited to (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) the existence of multiple accounts for the same Member; (c) lack of regular participation in the online surveys by a Member; (d) an invalid email address registered for an account; (e) a Member responds to emails or surveys that are intended for another person; (f) false or fraudulent responses or other fraudulent activity; (g) false referrals. Nielsen may terminate or modify the Your Voice panel in its sole discretion. Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of any accumulated e-points.
Exclusion of Liability
Nielsen shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct or indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with the Your Voice website or its contents or any website accessed from the Your Voice website or any other Nielsen website.
Indemnity
You will take all necessary action to defend and indemnify Nielsen, its officers and employees against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim brought by a third party against Nielsen arising from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or the Privacy Statement.

Nielsen makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of this website or any site(s) linked to this site. Nielsen is not liable or responsible for the content of any other websites, including any website through which you may have gained access to our website or to which you may gain access from our website. The inclusion of any link does not imply Nielsen's endorsement of the linked sites, or any association with their operators.
Legal Effect
If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent that it is unlawful, void or enforceable, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. As used in this notice, Nielsen means ACNielsen (China) Limited and its related bodies corporate.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Hong Kong SAR - China, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR – China.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Your Voice Prize Draw will be held quarterly. Entry is open to Your Voice Hong Kong panel members only. Your Voice, a Nielsen business, invites Hong Kong Identity Card holders of 15 years of age or above with principal residence in Hong Kong to join Your Voice Hong Kong as panel members. All members of the Your Voice Hong Kong panel are entered into the Prize Draw upon completing the registration survey. To apply for membership, a registration survey must be completed online at our website, www.yourvoice.com.hk. Panel members also enter the draw each time they receive an email invitation from Your Voice and click through to the survey.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, and the agencies and contractors of Your Voice associated with this promotion, and their respective immediate family members, are ineligible for participation. An “immediate family member” includes a spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild and grandparent.
Promotion commences 1st Jan, 2009. Entries Close at end of business 30th Mar, 2009. The draw will take place at ACNielsen (China) Ltd at 2/F, Warwick House, West Wing, Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong at 11:00AM on the 31th day of Mar, 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail and their names will be published in “Sing Tao Daily” and “The Standard” on the 7th day of April, 2009. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
A total of 10 valid entries will be drawn for a total prize value at approximately HK$10,000. The prizes are:
1 unit of SONY COMPACT DC WITH 10.1 MEGA PIXEL, 4 units of Apple iPod G4 Nano 8GB, 5 units of Maxim Gift Coupon valued at HKD$200 each.
In addition to the 10 entries drawn, the Promoter shall also conduct further draws for a total of 10 alternate winners at the same place and time above.
Winners must claim their prizes by 5th of April 2009, after which unclaimed prizes will be distributed to alternate winners who will be notified by telephone and mail.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parents or guardian.

Gift Redemption Term & Conditions
All items featured in the gift catalogue published on (Your Voice Website) are used for reference only and are available while stocks last. If your ordered items are out of stock, Nielsen will arrange items with similar brand and value for replacement or provide cash coupon for other redemption purpose.
Nielsen is not the supplier of the products listed in the catalogue and does not take any responsibility for any liability arising in conjunction with the purchase or use of products supplied. Any dispute should be directed to the supplier.
All redemption are subject to sufficient Bonus points and Nielsen’s final acceptance. Redemption will be cancelled automatically in the event of violation of terms and conditions of Your Voice.
Once redemption has been accepted by Nielsen, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
To make a redemption, panelists will need to log on to the members area and then go to the members 'Rewards' section. Add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart. Then, click 'Checkout' to view your order. Check your mailing address is correct and finally click on 'Accept Order' to submit the redemption order.ACNielsen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein from time to time without prior notice.
Nielsen shall not be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of coupons or gifts subsequent to redemption through Your Voice.
Nielsen reserves the right in cancelling membership for members who fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
In case of any dispute arising out of Your Voice membership, the decision of Nielsen shall be final.
In the event members choose to donate the value of e-points to charity, donation receipts may be made available to Members within three months after donation , subject to the current practice of the charity organization.
Members who withdraw from Your Voice membership will need to redeem the gifts to clear the e-points before resignation. Remaining e-points after resignation will be forfeited.
